You can also check into what app you're using to get music, if it's Apple music, they compress the hell out of their songs. Some other streaming services have higher quality options in the settings. I have the best luck with Amazon.
Think i will go back with the 8/2 flash and set it up that way, while I am changing the Mmats out to the Hertz 690 neo's in the lids
If you think about it give us your impression of the difference between the Mmats and Hertz Neos. I wouldn't mind trying the Hertz out but my Shovelhead is needing some attention so that's where the cash is going to go for now.

10-4, I should have them on later today or tomorrow and will post my thoughts
Well was able swap them out and WOW! These are really nice.....dont get me wrong, the Mmats are good but dang.........but i am throwing 300 watts to them vs the Mmats at 200. A few notes, they were not a simple bolt on for my RF lid kit.....had to do a little modification. I decide to go back and test the HU with the DD1 on the 8/2 flash. The 8/2 distorted a one click under full volume, the RF flash never set the DD1 off on full volume using 1KZ -5 tone......set 4 clicks down and moved on. Left the RF flash and will finish tuning and see what happens. Thanks guys
Also noticed the voltage with the 8/2 flash only dropped 1 volt between ACC and bike running. With the RF flash, it was set at 34 volts on acc, but increased to 58 running
They are both rf flashes. Weird you're seeing such a voltage difference.
Nope both are not RF flashes. The 8/2 if I'm not mistaken was the same flash on the CVO. Anyway it's a Harley flash that you can no longer get from Harley. You have to get it elsewhere.

When did harley stop using that flash? I got it from a local harley dealership last year. I assume as long as they have the research tool, they can do it.
