Default Popping and hissing.

Hey everyone so just recently my MMats set up started hissing/popping in the right speaker. Now it is not consistent it does it intermittently. I took off the front of my SG checked the amp and speaker connectors all were tight and no issues were found. It is isolated only to my right speaker. I have had this set up with no changes for about 2 years now. I did the full install myself as well. Any insight of what I should check or what it could be. Thank you. I will see if I can get a video of it if that would help.

switch the speaker to the left side. If the popping stays with the speaker it may be the speaker. If not its the amp or something in your wiring.

How do you have it powered and ground? Check the fuse as well and those connections at the amp and battery.

Also what amp? Dsp in play?

For testing I would swap the left and right outputs at the amp. See if it stays with the speaker.

I had run into a issue like this. Popping when I turned bike on and hissing. Was the RCA cables. Wrapped the ends electrical tape and replaced one of the cables. Hope it helps
