Default Need help with audio setup please

I have a 2016 Roadglide
I am running a 4 speaker setup
2 diamond audio 6x9s in the bags and 2 audio legion mr6n coaxial 6.5 in the front fairing. I am running a
soundigital I believe 800 watt evox 4 ohm amp to power all 4 speakers and horns as well as a line in converter to clear distortion

Last month I rode in the rain after picking the bike up. The next few days my speakers started to cut out yea yeah the front left completely went out so I took them out and sent them back to get fixed. I ordered a brand new set because I am impatient. I installed them fine the speakers were playing awesome and then out of nowhere they started cutting out again. But only the front speakers. What’s confusing me is the back speakers play fine even when the fronts are cutting out and distorting. I tried switching channels on the amp and it’s still only the front doing it.

correct me if I’m wrong but would that mean the amp is fine it is either the head unit or the wiring to the front speakers? I’m lost and tired of messing with this

Is the amp wired as bridged or ?. What flash are you running? How are the crossovers set. If I remember correctly the legion's are rated at 300 RMS and the diamonds are 125 RMS

Switched channels on the amp. What does that mean exactly? Did you switch the front speakers to the rea channel and rear speakers to the front?

Now that you switched front and rear amp output channels, try switching the rca input cables to see if the problem moves.

Flip flop your rca's from the line converters to see if it stays the aame.

Sounds like wiring to me. Could be as simple as your amp jacks being loose to the channel on the amp going bad. Also could be the output on the stereo for that channel. Switch the jacks around from front to back and see if its still doing it. Could have vibrated loose or pinched somewhere

It's the HP/FULL/LP switch I had to spray contact circuit board cleaner in the switch and the amp is brand new.
