Have had several SD's dead on arrival on the output side earlier this year, but nothing else, and no cutting out.....have not cut the coil on any. As Adenton noted, would be good to know how the DSR was setup for them on the EQ side
It looks like you may be running the Y harness that taps into radio harness and goes to DSR1. Has your radio been flashed at all? If so, what is it set to?
Also need to hear about crossovers and maybe see a screenshot of eq on those speakers.
i did..7.1 pros and not a problem...hook up the GZ and cut out on volume
I think I'm gonna sell the 2 SD800.4 @ a loss and buy another BT amp and still use the BT418p.
i love the speakers and they do sound great with the BT amp.
I'd highly recommend putting that thought on hold. You have in this thread a number of legit experts that can help you to walk through the troubleshooting and solve this, if you take the time to provide the detailed answers they are asking.

My .02 fwiw.
I too predict that the odds of it being a minor setup issue is about 80/20.
Be patient brother. DSP Input settings, DSP output, crossovers, EQ, and Vac at amp output are a good place to start.

OP, Good advise given above. f you have two 800's feeding 4 GZ's, you should be up around 32 volts bridged on 4 ohm's. I misunderstood and thought you were running a single 800 on 4 GZ's..
