Default Lower Fairing Speaker Grilles
Anyone found a good alternative to the CVO grille?

Define alternative? lol One that looks exactly like them? or just a good replacement grill? Ebay has a ton of 6.5 grills.

I used the Metra CVO looking grills and they look great in front of the GZ's.

Is that the SMG65? I'd never seen them before. If that isn't the right part number could you supply a link?

Back when I got mine about the only aftermarket alternative was the Chinese grills:

Alternative would be a black grille that will fit into a cheap Amazon pod haha.

Then yeah. Doesn't get much cheaper than these. And they're metal as well.

In fact I just ordered a pair myself. I don't like the ones I have now.

I think I'll give these a try. I have the other ones linked above. I cut them down a tad bit still not flush enough for me.

How did you cut them down? I got a spare set to tinker with but never got around to it.

Also the ones from China that Teedoff just mentioned, has anyone tried those on lowers before?

I have a pair of the HD upgraded grills new in the box. Was c going to use them in my lowers and went with Metra lowers and used their grill.

i set them in place..marked them with a pencil then used my dremel to cut at the line.
