Default Speaker change

I have a 14 SGS with stock boom gt6.5. I want to just upgrade the speakers a little nothing special in theory I should be able to do this without need of flash if I go to a 6.5 speaker for just the front for the time being right?

Short answer no. It is a 2 ohm system so you are very limited and the returns are next to zero for the coin.
