Can anyone translate in English what was said in this video? I'm about to wire these bad boys up with a 400.4evox bridged...should I be doing something here or simply wire them up? What is all this mumbo Jumbo about cutting decibel proactive and freq 12db etc! 😒
My opinion is to not put them in the pods, if your stuck with them and have a DSP, cut the coil! I have to tear mine apart again to replace them with something hopefully a little more dependable. I may use them in lowers where replacement is not as bad.

"stuck with them"? What are we saying here? Are these no good? People have been raving about these?

Here's your translation: just hook them up like you planned. Don't do anything different. Set amp to 200w bridged each speaker and cross around 80.

These speakers have been troublesome for many, I dont enjoy taking those pods off the bike, I am not happy, have to take them out to modify them to make them work with my amp. Hey you might get lucky and not have any troubles, many of the people raving about them, probably have been lucky.
You have been happy with the GZ, shocker. Was there a bad batch in the beginning? Is that black resistor an update of some sort?
Yeah I've experienced some issues. But at 200w each, you shouldn't have any issues, IF you have a bad one. There's no update. And IF you do run into issue, then it sounds like GZ will replace them. Unless you really know what your doing, don't F with the speaker or coil. Just let them rip and see what happens.

Copy...so it could be operator error. I'll set with O-Scope and ensure they cross @ 80hz.
