stinger 700.4 amp

Hi,Was looking at the specs of this amp and states 350x2 at 4 Ohm 175x4 at 2 Ohm 125x4 at 4 Ohm.I cant see how you would wire it to get 350x2@4 ohms?

Channel 1-2 are bridged and 3-4 are also. Making it 2 channels. Positive of channel 1 and negative of 2, 3-4 do the same.

Hi I only see a switch channel 2 or 4 i do not see seperate channels 1,2,3,4

Are you referring to the SPX700X4? Are you sure it'll do 350X2 at 4 ohms? I see in the specs 350x1 @ 4 ohms. Anyway the description on their website says they do but the specs in the manual say they don't. One of them is incorrect.

The outputs are labeled front left and right, rear left and right (4 channels, AKA channels 1,2,3,4). The switch is if you are using 2 or 4 channels on the inputs and has nothing to do with bridging. So to translate for Fireball, one of your bridged channels will be RL- and RR+, the 2nd channel will be FL- and FR+. This is labeled on the faceplate of the amp and shown in the instructions. (it does show 2 channels bridged in the diagram so maybe the specs are wrong).

Not really sure but under features it says?But in manual no where does it show wiring for 350x2 4 ohms

Target Voltage: 8-16 Volts
350x2 at 4 Ohm 175x4 at 2 Ohm 125x4 at 4 Ohm
3CH MODE: 350x1 at 4 Ohm + 175x2 at 2 Ohm or 125x2 at 4 Ohm

Bridged, 4 ohms: 350 watts x 1 chan

By the printed specs I would think bridged x 2 channel 4 ohm speakers=175 watts each

So lets back up here a minute. What speakers are you trying to run? You're worried about bridging specs before even telling anyone which speakers you're going to use.
