hey, I’m not disputing this perspective or your findings. Makes total sense. I’m just saying if you understand what AVC does you should still be able to use it safely. Maybe it’s just me but I don’t push it to where I’m getting any audible distortion at listening volumes. This includes highway speed. Or maybe I’ve just been lucky that I’ve never blown a speaker due to AVC.

Probably because nobody has an answer for you. I won’t argue with you but I check this and other audio related forums multiple times a day and I don’t recall ever reading of this as being a known problem.

if you have read of this as a known issue I’m assuming nobody had an answer?

You could try posting over on Touring but they usually
will point a topic like this back to here.

It is possible that readership numbers are low as it’s a holiday, I can’t tell the number of views from the browser on my iPhone. Maybe give it a few more days to see what else gets said on this.
