What gives 😬
Was listening to my stereo today when I noticed one of the speakers "popping". I immediately turned it down, hooked up my oscilloscope, and the amp is barely putting out 20v beforehand clipping. Using a -5db test tone, amp is a 1200.4 4ohm.
Did something inside the amp die?

That issue is typical with those amps.(1200.4 & 2400.4)
I quit using those 2 amps listed above more than 2 years ago because of that reason

Wow that's terrible...and of course my warranty ran out last month. 🤦🏻
