2024 Car Play Hack
Hello all, I have been using my Sena 20s to start CarPlay on my 2024 Street Glide. Today, instead of starting my 20s, I paired an old Apple Airpods set that I am no longer using, to the bike and it worked flawlessly. All that was required was to keep the case open. Now, I just pair my 20s to my phone for communications and let the AirPods satisfy the headset requirement for the CarPlay. The added benefits are the Find My feature, which will be helpful in case of theft, very compact, holds a charge for extended period of time and can also remain plugged in if preferred. This method should also work with other Bluetooth Headphones on the market that are less expensive.
Im sure there are other methods already out there, but I have not seen this method posted yet. Im submitting this post in an effort to offer another alternative. Not that one is better than the other.
