AMP only upgrade?

Rokker AMP only upgrade?
So when I bought my 2018 street glide special I was told it had the speakers upgraded, no amp and it has the factory head unit. We'll after looking at multiple pics I found the speakers to be JMC Rokker 6.58 speakers with the tweeter in them.
Question is if I can just get the rokker amp or any amp to improve the sound with the current speakers or are these just a speaker only upgrade and I'd need a new system. Will adding an amp improve the sound/louder?

Now the JM are not great and their amps are weak. If you are really wanting to get some sound out of your 2 speaker setup, I would suggest upgrading amp and speakers to better quality.
