Yeah that's definitely not from 200w...unless you had it crossed significantly less than 80hz.
Its a definite possibility I crossed it too low. The Neos supposedly play down to 70hz. My crossover **** only goes to 40hz and Ive never been anywhere near that.
I did try and play a 80hz test tone but I couldnt get the Oscope to read right during that tone. Obviously operator error. Im gonna try again.
I remember that Golf. It's when I was trying to feed mine 300 without a DSP 😅
And I think a lot of the problems are from setting the little dials to a certain hz that are not very accurate. It says 80 but could be 110 or it could be 40. Crank it up loud at 75+ mph and play for 2 hours or more while riding and you will blow speakers...I rather be safe and set the crossovers a little higher especially when pushing 200+ watts...like 110-130hz

Thanks soup, I was definitely crossing it too low. I guess these dials arent linear. I had 26v when playing 1khz but when I played 100hz at the same volume I was getting 36v. So now Im crossing at 100 and it seems to play a lot better. This speaker is still playing well but I might have damaged it too much, but expensive lesson but at least now I know.
