Default Street glide audio help

New audio guy here… I’ve kicked this can long enough and it’s time I pull the trigger on replacing my blown boom audio that’s almost 2 decades old.

I’m on a 2007 street glide flhx, with an aquatic AV stereo. I want to replace the fairing speakers and maybe eventually put speakers in the bag lids, but that will be a little ways down the road.

Replace it with GZCF 6.5SPL in the fairing with a SD 1200.4? Does this amp leave room to grow if I do speakers in the lids eventually? Any fitment issues with the fairing? Do I need a DSP?

I’m sorry for noob questions- it really feels like I’m shooting from the hip, but I’ve gotta get some parts ordered.

1200.4 is plenty for a 4 speaker set up. Having the aquatic HU gives you flexibility on freq control from the deck, so you could get the EVO version and save big bucks over the EVOX.

GZ's are one of the best bang for buck speakers available...they are now cheaper per pair then the classic mmats.

Look in the classified section of this forum...tons of audio gear for sale.
