2024 TG, WHIM, HD50S. Been using since July 2024.
Lost comm between 50S and bike. Found wireless headset disabled. Enabled worked fine.
Lost comm again. Went into settings, no Wireless Headset in settings, just Bluetooth.
Had to shut down GTS and restart to get Wireless Headset to come up.
Any ideas?
I would completely delete the 50S from your bike. Then reset the 50S to original.'
Next, look to see if there are any updates. Once you install them, then setup again.
Thanks cycle7447
Already tried with different HD50S.
No WHIM updates or HD50S updates available anymore since HD went to Cardo.
Not seeing wireless headset in setup makes me think the WHIM is not recognized by bike but not all the time.
Had this setup on my 21 Street glide and switched it to my 24 with no problem until now.
I never could get my Sena 50s to work properly if it were linked to the motorcycle, but no problem for me because I don`t listen to anything while I ride except for the two way radio when riding in a group.
