Techno Tool Won't Connect

Techno Tool Won't Connect
Added a Cicada amp with front speakers, and lids. The techno tool is saying I have an aftermarket ECM and will not connect to flash. Currently sitting with the 00_OFF.bin file on my 2016 SGS
Any thoughts?

Call Techno, leave message for them to call you back. They can help you and remote in and see what's going on.

ok, first off, do you have an aftermarket ecm, like Thunder Max, or Daytona Twin tech?
if so,,,,you need to install the HD ecu then flash it.
Second,,,is your techno tool up to date for the year of bike you are working on?
The cutoner service that i've always gotten has been top notch,,,,give them a call.

I dropped the bike off at an Audio shop here in town after I did the install. The ECM looks to be factory. OEM part number # matches to factory. I bought the bike used, so unsure if it has been tapped into. I'll ask about being up to date. I did call my local Harley dealer, and they said they can do it no problem. They've done it for the setup I have actually.
