Amp keeps cutting off

Amp keeps cutting off
Having an issue with my audio on my 19 RG and want to see if y'all can help me out.
I have Ground Zero's yellow baskets up front, Memphis MXA62HD on the tour pack pods with a Sound Digital 800.4 EVOX-4ohm pushing them with stock GTS radio. Ive had the system installed since 2021 and its been fine until last fall (didn't do much riding in the winter).
Last fall while going down the road, it seems like the amp just cut off and music was playing, but flat. Pulled over, turned bike off and then back on.....and it came back to life.. Took it to place of install and they said everything was working fine and couldn't find anything wrong with it. I thought it was a one time thing until yesterday. Went for a ride and about 15-20 minutes in, amp cuts back off again. I just kept riding and it came back on about 30 minutes later on its own.
Any ideas?

My guess would be the amp is going out. Those SD amps don't have a great reliability track record. If the shop did a just job on checking everything out, then it would be the amp. Double check battery terminal screws are tight under seat..
It would be best if you could pop the fairing off when the amp stops to see if the amp is powered on or not.

Are you using Bluetooth or hooked up thru the USB for your music?

I was thinkin it might be the amp too but wasnt sure. Everything is tight going to the battery.
Volume level is about half or maybe 1 bar over halfway. It definitely wasnt cranked up as I was riding back country roads going 40-50mph. The phone was hooked up to the USB going into the bike and using CarPlay. Just playing music from my playlist.
