Radio Flash
Is it possible to add an intercom to a radio and not have it flashed and still work?
Or is there a way to get the radio flashed when no dealer is around? Such as a disk or something?

If you buy HD's intercom kit, the dealer will flash the ECM/Radio to turn it on and no additional charge for the download is involved; there may be a minor labor charge for the tech's time involved in doing the flash.
An alternative is to contact Iron Cross Audio and ask them; they're experts on the Harman Kardon head unit.
