I dont want an antenna sticking up on my ultra classic. I have seen antennas that are just 2 wires on a roll of clear plastic tape that you cut to length. Any idea what it is called or where i can find it? I looked in the limousine application to no avail. Thanks
pick up an amplified antenna and install it inside the fairing is your best bet.
To do it your way, pick up an antenna plug at radio shack, get you a 28.5" piece of speaker wire (both leads). solder it together to the plug and stretch the wire inside your fairing. 28.5" will be more than sufficient for the 88-108MHZ range of stations.
