I was wondering if anyone knew of a company that made some type of adapter for a '05 Electra Glide Standard, that would allow me to take my stock 4" speakers to a larger speaker?
I thought you had 5 1/4" speakers in an 05. I did have 4" speakers in a 95 Ultra and could not find adaptors for that to go to a larger speaker.
If you have 5 1/4", no problem.

what you've got in the batwing fairing and rear pods from stock is 5.25" speakers. Most speakers you buy from the various vendors will come with the adpater rings to fit up to a 7.25" in the fairing and 5.25" direct replacements in the pods.
Check with Drew or Shawn at Dr VTwin and they'll hook you up with whatever you need. I will tell you (.02 worth) that my experience with various brands; the J&Ms sound the best.
