Here's a few photos of my setup with Focal 165 CAI's. For the grills for the fairing speakers, I used tin-snips to trim them to a good size. For the grills for the lower fairings, all I had to do was remove the plastic ring that came on the speakers. It came off very easy. There was black sticky stuff inside the plastic rings. I just took that and placed it at 12, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock on the grill and pressed it into place. So far so good...
im so lost on speakers after reading all the treads. I dont know weather to go with the FOCAL 165CVX Polyglass speakers, or the biketronics BT471, BT451 or the hertz.
and i guess from what ive read the Rockford Fosgate amp are the best for the money.
and what is the best 5.25 to 6.5 adapters and wiring kit
thanks
Search for member FIRECAP. He sells a nice kit from ARC AUDIO.
I have the HERTZ high energy 6.5" which are the Titan xl biketronics. I picked the speakers up from Phat Performance for $199.00 that price included the adapters. The RF pbr300x2 on ebay Infiniti Electronics for $169.00. They sound good even at 70+. Whatever speakers you use install the Rockford Fosgate pbr amp it is worth the money. There is no speaker sounding good at 70 mph without an amp.

If you want the PBR300x2 and the mm651s, check with sonix electronics. Their listed prices are not the lowest. All you have to do is search each item and send the link to them with the prices.. (you use the price guarantee listed only the right side of each item). They will match or beat the prices. I got my PBR300x2 for 150 and the mm651 for 119. No shipping and no tax. not bad for $269.00 for everything.

FYI I picked up the Polk mm651s off amazon for $110 a couple weeks ago. That was the best price I could find but I know amazon changes all the time so I have know idea if they are still available. They sound great...
