Hi Guys
I just bought my bike and want to upgrade the stereo and speakers.
The front fairing is stock. The last owner installed hogtunes on the tour pack. Have to opebn the fairing and check for an amp.
If you were to upgrade the whole system what is the best way to go.
I want it clear and crisp and have some bass. I look forward to hearing everyones opinion.
Kinda on a budget.
Thanks
The recipe that UltraNutz has put out here on this site is an awesome set up. I bought all the components and replaced my stock head unit and needless to say the install is easy and from what others have posted here in this area the sound is incredible!! It's all up to you and how you listen to your music. There are many VERY knowledgeable people on this site and all their info they share is 100% SPOT ON!!

Soundstream PN4.520D amp in fairing
Polk MM651's in fairing (they will fit in the tourpak pods, too)
5.25" to 6.5" speaker adapters for the fairing
Some wire, crimp connectors, fuse holder, industrial velcro & zip-ties
I don't think you can beat this system for the price.
