Ultra, can you post the picture of the ground to the triple tree? The link I found from the last time you posted it was dead. Thanks.

If I remember right he grounded to the inner fairing brace DH. Dremeled a spot, used a self tapping screw, then sprayed over it with rustoleum.

Disregard the disregard, lol. So I'm wiring the front crossovers to the amp. It appears that the left channel should be the riders right speaker, correct?

99% of the time, when instructions and manuals are referring to a side of the vehicle, it is from the standpoint of looking at the back of the vehicle. The left channel should be to the riders left.

The reason I ask is because according to this chart https://www.dropbox.com/s/mojyrk9ui8...HD%20Radio.JPG the orange/white goes to the R channel but this wire is coming from the riders left speaker.

Another thought I just had.....what about the speaker grills up front? Tried looking for pictures but can't find any. Appears the stock grills are attached to the stock tweeter so doesn't seem like that would work.

yeah just flip them.. it really doesn't matter because there is no balance when using stock radio. If using an aftermarket radio you won't be using these diagrams anyways, you'll be using RCA jacks.

As for the grill, when you put the adapter ring in place, put the stock grill in front of it. Sandwiched between the adapter plate and the inner fairing just as it is now. The stock grills are not attached to the tweeters, simply held in place by the adapter plate that is there now.

Ok so I'll just leave the speakers wired as is, got it.

Anyone have a picture of where within the fairing you grounded to?
