Here is what I received. I wasn't too happy. Guessing it was just an isolated screw up based on the amount of items sold, but when you factor in buying arc adapters from the HD dealer, this was expensive. If they refund my money, then I basically paid regular price for arc, if you look at it that way.
With everything, it's buyer beware. Maybe it'll save someone else from doing the same thing.

Contact him. It's obvious he made a mistake. Bet he will make good include shipping. You are protected well by ebay and paypal. However you are responsible for shipping to return and item must be returned for ebay to enforce return of your money. See if he will send you the correct one and he should pay the return postage on the one he sent. If not, file a claim and in this case ebay/paypal just may make him pay return postage since item does not match the item. However they may not. Once you file a claim, it temp for a few days and when it become a real claim decided by ebay, neither party can leave feedback.

I honestly didn't look at his rating. I have bought and sold on ebay for years and never had an issue, until now. I'm hoping for a refund. It was kind of dumb to open the package, I just couldn't believe it. I filed a claim, we'll see what happens, probably should have contacted him first though.....
Good reminder to look at feedback, holy crap. My mistake though.

I would do as RIPSAW and others have said and contact seller and try to resolve first. Maybe send pics of what you ordered and what they sent. If they don't make it right, then file a claim. Good luck!

That's OK to file a claim. if you look, it says try to work it out and it will become official claim in I think 4 days. The seller got it, so he will know to make an effort to fix. Least he should. Be sure to contact him and see if he will work with you. Sure with all his sales he knows rules. Actually his rating is not all that bad with that many sales. However, I would not want my rateing looking that shabby but I buy all the time from ratings like that. I am up to 300 sales running two ebay accounts and believe me the buyer has the most power. It has taken me a year to figure it out, and I still run into a few surprises. Harley and military stuff flies out the door.
