What else would I need?
I might be able to get a good deal on an Alpine CDA-105 head unit. Question is what else would I need to install it in my batwing in place of stock radio, and to get it to use stock handlebar controls? Thanks for any help.

First off,..............I wouldn't recommend replacing just the head unit. Your results could end up with worse sound.
Usually ,... the speakers need to be replaced first, as they are the weakest link.
If you aren't going to replace the speakers & add an amp,..................I'd pass on the head unit.
If you really want to replace the head unit anyway,........you'll need this Radio Install Kit from Biketronics.

you will NOT be able to use stock speakers on that head unit as they are 2 ohm speakers and the alpine head unit is only good down to 4 ohms. If you add an amp into the mix then your speakers MUST match what the amp is stable at.
