What magic's in the IPOD adapter box?
Howdy,
Was thinking of hardwiring in my IPOD to the HK advanced radio. I know the IPOD needs the charge voltage dropped from 12 VDC to 5 VDC, but does anyone know if the box does anything with the bus lines? (maybe translating between apple protocol and the on bike CAN bus protocol?)
Any help appreciated. If I can do it, and I'll probably try regardless, and if successful I'll post a how-to.
