if you're going to run the 7.1" up front and because they are 4 ohm speakers as compared to 2.7 ohm with the polks then you should look at the RF PBR300x2 amp to drive those front speakers at least.
Ok, here's where my lack of knowledge will show through...
If I do that, the 7.1" up front and some 6.5" in the rear, and use the PBR300x2 to drive the front speakers, what will I use in the back? Another amp?
Even tho I usually play my music through my iPhone, I still like to use the FM radio at times, so I'd say reception is important. What are my options either way?

Class D amps are where the technology, power, and low current draw are at. The downfall to them is radiated EMI which interferes with FM reception. Sometimes it has no effect sometimes it just totally wipes out FM altogether and it's hit and miss at best.
Again the Alpine amp is a good little amp to use with the Polks as they don't require a lot of power but can handle a fair amount of it. The BT speakers however are going to require more power to liven them up so that's why I recommended the PBR300x2.
The rear speakers you can either still run off the stock head unit or you can add another PBR300x2 to power those as well.

Do all class D amps cause this interference?.could it be bcoz it sits right above the head unit or that wouldn't make a difference?is there any way of avoiding this?or is there a certain frequency range only where the interference occurs?im getting the RF amp plus the bk speakers and as much as I like my recorded music,I sure wouldn't want to lose my FM reception.
