The tweeter pod is already installed so I figured Id get some use out of it.
I have one more question if you don't mind. My current system is the Sony MEX-GS600BT head unit and the RF PBR-300x2 (which I bought from you!) pushing a set of Titan IIs.
When I upgrade to the 7.1s I was also thinking of replaceing the 300x2 with the Soundstream PN4.520D and bridging it to two channels for more power.
Do you think that will make a dramatic difference in the 7.1s or should I just stick with the RF amp?
I'm interested in loudness but more so in Clarity of sound.
I won't recommend bridging that amp.. way too much power for most speakers.
I really don't see a benefit in doing the amp swap. That RF amp is quite the little power-horse and will drive those 7.1" very effectively. Make sure to wrap the fairing speakers with polyfil.

is that the actual hole diameter or is that the diameter of the tweeter with the lip on the front?
I would think pretty much any 1" tweter will work perfectly fine since they all have the lip on the front and most all decent tweeters will come with some sort of mounting cup or bracketing for the rear to hold it in place.
