No offense taken and certainly didn't **** me off and this is not a pissing contest. was simply trying to point out the inevitable; you will change again.

Audio is addictive.. always want more... and yes I'm aware of the IASCA competing. seen that in a couple of your posts..

Ordered the Polk DB651s, hope these work.

When I installed the Kenwood KFC-X173 (front and rear) in my Limited, I snipped the very center out of the grille backing grid to avoid them hitting. I also used a 1/4" spacer for the rear pods because the magnet is much bigger than stock and hit the passenger controls in the right side pod. This was mentioned in a thread I started here.

I own two of the new 2014s now, 1 Ultra LTD and 1 StreetGlide ,,, here is my take on all of this ,,,,,,

1 ,,,,,, the Harley Boom speaker upgrades for the 2014s, including the saddlebag lids are decent speakers, certainly as good or better anything you all are listing here, and they FIT without grinding etc ,,,,,,,

2 ,,,, the new J&M 6.65" ROKKER XXs for the 2014s will be rated at 156w RMS, with grills & spacers included, so that everything fits, all is plug-n-play AND you can crank up the 500w RMS J&M amps and not worry about blowing speakers ,,,,,,

I've got a set of Hertz HCX 165 from my 06 street glide and a Rockford Fosgate PBR300x2. Think they will work with my new 14 limited. I'd like to install them if its not a major PITA.
