I have the lastest update 1-19 with 135_off bin. 2015 Street Glide Special. I had to turn gains on amp back up after going from 00_off.bin to 135_off.bin.
how do we get the dealer to download 135_off.bin. Also, what speaker setup do we choose.
can you please provide the steps.
thank you

Under speakers tab. Select drop down box and select 2 amps. Then check box by 2 amps and 8 speakers.
Next select options tab. Check amp1 installed and check amp2 installed.
After flash turn off bike. Hold power button on head unit turn ignition on keep holding till disclaimer screen comes up press accept then release power button. Select audio and check to see if 135_off.bin is highlighted if it is your good if not tech did something wrong try again. Print this and hand to Harley tech
Here is updated information direct from Arc Audio today on the new flash procedure for the 2014/2015 Harley Davidson InfoTainment radios.
The problem I had with this flash is that The bin files for engine on and engine off were different and the bass was set way to high on equalizer setting making it very hard to tune. 135_off.bin has a flat equalizer and same for engine on and off.
Some of the bin files have different bin for off and on. 00_off_.bin has different bin files for off and on. 135 is the same off or on.
K guys I finally got to the dealer(150 miles away) to try a flash. Mine sounded pretty good without but I wanted to see if there was more to be had. I had them do the 1.19 update then I gave them a screen shot of the post from biketronics. It doesn't sound too bad but I think I lost bass and it sounds like a lot of hissing on the highway. Can't tell much difference on bass and treble controls but it does have fader now (I only have fairing speakers) I just checked and it showing 00_off.bin. Not sure what to do from here as it could be a while before I can get back to a dealer. I think it sounded better before but it also seems like it changes. I did a poker run this weekend and it seemed to change from one stop to the next. It sounded good on one stretch, nice and clear. Then the next seemed all I got was hissing

I had same exact issues with that flash (00_0ff.bin). It was like the equalizer was changing with speed of bike. Not sure what amp and speakers your running but i had to adjust crossovers and gains with each different flash.
Try 135_off.bin first. Then take to place you had install amp and speakers and have them adjust crossovers and gains. Or i can walk you threw it. You will be happy. I was in the exact same place as you disgusted and frustrated. Told my dealer i was going to leave my bike at front door if they didn't help. They said bring in and we tried every flash thats been posted. Had fairing off and adjusted audio to every flash. My system kicks ***. My buddy has boom stage2 six speakers not even close. He just had me order same system to install on his bike.
