Default Two questions

I have a 2008 Ultra with quick detach tour pack.
First question is.
While running with tour pack and intercom headsets the volume and on aux (iphone music) the switch on the tour pack will not control the volume to the passenger headset. It works fine on FM radio. Is this normal?
Second question is the headsets are not playing out of the right side on FM or aux. Any Idea why? Stock head unit, Polk mm651's, Rockford Fosgate PBR 300x2. Thanks

hmm.. your first question is kind of perplexing in respect to it (passenger volume control) doesn't really care what your source is, it should still control the volume for the passenger. does the handlebar volume control both headsets as it should?

will the headsets play both left and right with a CD or is it all sources that it does this on?

Does the passenger volume control work properly when no headsets are used?

"does the handlebar volume control both headsets as it should?
I will check when I get home..

"will the headsets play both left and right with a CD or is it all sources that it does this on? "
It only plays one speaker with all sources. I tried a cd also.

"Does the passenger volume control work properly when no headsets are used?"
I will have to find this out also. Rarely have to TP on and when I do the front speaker drown the back out . I will report back this afternoon. Thanks

not ruling out your headsets but this sounds like a speaker selector switch going south to me

I cannot think of an electronic possibility where the rear volume control will function on FM but not aux. The volume control cannot distinguish a difference.

Are both headsets not playing right channel?

Speaker select switch only activates/deactivates headset mode.
It would have no effect on volume control or left/right channel
