This is new plan. going to have batwing and lowers wired together to make 2 ohm. 1st qquestion if I'm only going to run 2 speakers in the rear do they make good 2 ohm speakers or how can I make 2 4 ohm into 2 ohm? Next opinion should I use a jl xd400 or 2 rf 300x2?

LOL. . Sounds like you already got your mind made up. . But you asked for opinions so here goes: Firstly there is nothing "new" about wiring the fairing and lowers together with 4 ohm speakers in parallel so the amp see's two ohms. NOT a new plan.
Secondly it's harder on the amp when speakers are wired in this fashion. Guys do it all the time but for the life of me I can't figure out why. IMO you are always better off letting each speaker run off it's own channel. In other words if you have 4 ohm speakers buy an amp with sufficient power to push the 4 Ohms or two amps if necessary. But that's just me.
In regard to your second question the PBR300x2 is a beast at 2 ohms and as GP stated the JL is underpowered. Best two ohm speakers out there right now IMO are the Polks (from an authorized dealer) and the infinity 62.11i. or you could always go with JM John's plug and play stuff. That said, I agree with GP Buy two PBR's or one of JM johns amps and some two ohm's speakers and forget about the first scenario. That's my .02!

I know it's no new to the audio world. Lol. But I've posted so many different plans this is my new plan. Lol. Probably gonna do the 2 rf now to figure out speaker set up. Time do research on speakers. I've looked at rf and kickers. Gonna look at polka and infinitys now. How do I know if its an authorized dealer

Look on Polk's website. They have a list of authorized dealers for your area code. The Polks are a little more labor intensive to hook up than the infinity's due to the crossovers. If I were you I'd just go with the infinity's and the Rockford amps.

I think thats the route I'm going to take. Now my question is how would I hook it up? 2 infinitys in the batwing running to one rf 300 x 2. 2 infinitys in lowers running off another rf 300 x 2. What do I do with the tour pac speakers?
I just added another set of polks for my lowers last week. I already had polks in fairing and rear pods being fed by a soundstream 4 channel. Added the polks in the lowers and the hogtunes amp bracket with a pbr300x2 so I have 6 channels of power. Nice improvement, fuller sound.

lol. . Now that poses another problem. Do you listen to FM radio at all? Can't parallel the infinities with the PBR so now you need a 4 channel 2 ohm stable amp. This is the reason you always hear GP,Nutz and Pioneer saying do it right the first time! Don't know how far you plan to take your upgrade but most guys end up with 8 speakers on an ULTRA ( with the exception of GP who has 10) If you are going the 8 speaker route on down the road you will need to re-think your "Plan" lol
