if so, you can add the HD Roadtech Zumo with NIM to pipe the TBT directions through your stereo.
if you don't want to spend all that money, then ANY GPS can be added to your bike but won't be integrated as the Roadtech is.
I was hoping I could plug the factory module in for factory nav. it shows up on the radio and was hoping it would be a plug and play. Should know better.

I'm not sure HD even makes that stock module anymore for NAV but even if they did, what a joke and a nightmare it is. It's so small, it's greyscale, doesn't give you any options, and you can't adjust anything on the radio. It all has to be planned out ahead of time on the computer and then programmed into the stock NAV unit.
With what you're basically describing to me, you're MUCH better off with the Roadtech Zumo 660 or 665 and the NIM harness. That will plug into your stock head unit and your TBT directions will over-ride your audio that is playing if you have it enabled.
my Galaxy S5 with Sygic (preloaded maps not data based like with google nav) worked great on a 2k mile trip i just did last month. played pandora or music loaded on my phone and the nav cuts in for TBT direction when needed. food for thought.
