Default pbr300x2 and bt 7.1 update

Well after getting the gain set up closer to ideal the system is 100x better than it was. I originally set it at about 6 on the gain just by what I read and it sucked. I would have to turn the radio up so loud that it distorted. At the same time I didn't get any "wow" factor out of the BT7.1's that I expected. After pulling the fairing once more and setting the gain to about 7 1/2 it's a whole different beast. ;-) I now get what these BT speakers are all about. They're just great. It's loud and clean sounding all the way up to the distortion level of 30 on my kenwood. Of course now that I hear what these speakers are capable of I can't wait to upgrade to the 2180 when I get some money freed up.

must keep in mind too that all speakers have a "pseudo" break in factor. If you don't kill them the first couple of weeks, they will sound better.

Yeah I thought about that when I installed just the HU and the speakers first without the amp. Gave them plenty of time to "break in" prior to getting some power thrown at them. ;-)
