Holy cow! I couldn't imagine feeding more power to the Pioneers and my BT7.1s than what I get out on the PA RZ4-2000 even if the ratings are over stated. When the Pioneers hit it feels like the bags are going to hop off the mounts. I have my gains set at 9:30pm (or 3:30am) and can max my Sony volume (5V pre-outs) all the way to 50 without distortion, unless it's a real heavy bass song. When that is the case I turn my high pass filter on the Sony to 80hz and no problems. Usually I run everything at 80hz down the road and 50hz in the parking lot to draw a crowd. There is nothing else I would change in my system and have just under a grand in it. I hear everything loud an clear over my Fat Cat exhaust even going 90mph. Keep doing what you guys do with the testing because I like hearing about it.

That Razor RZ4.2000D is a SOB. . . All my friends are skeptical because it's a power acoustik. That is. . . until they hear it! I don't know how durable it's going to be yet. But for 110.00 bucks you can't beat the dam thing for power. It makes every speaker I put on it sound better and trust me I've put a few on it just for the hell of it.

And I don't know why there is such a big difference between it and the SS PN4 when they look and cost exactly the same. You can say they are the same amp but they truly aren't. Something internally must be different but you'd think it's just re-badged with some plastic ends caps on it. I'm hoping it lasts a long time but if I wasn't so frugal, not cheap, I would have bought the BT4180. Big difference in price between the two but I do understand why that is.
Got some test results that I found on the internet on the p900.4/TN4.900D. 149 watts @ 4 ohms, 233 watts @ 2 ohm. Slightly higher output for 2 ohms and based on how my ears feel, I can tell you for certain that those kappas are getting a full 233 watts. I swear, i turn the gain up on that amp more and more and those kappas just keep on taking it. I think Infinity needs to bump up their max rating on them.

Great - keep in mind test signal and music signal are not the same... my 2 cents "guess" is you are not pushing continuous (RMS) Watts to the speakers... Peak you will...
