Just a couple weeks ago I put on khromewerks 2+2 narrow sweepers. Need Namz wire extension to make it a simple install. Less then 150.00 total job. Buy this on amazon. Now I have a slight bend in my elbows and feel much more in control.
I recommend you read it over and it will help you determine what style of bars will suit you best and what height is good for you. I'm 6'1" and I have the 14" Yaffe Monkey Bars. When riding my arms are just below the 90 degree horizontal. The other thing you will have to consider is height of bars and whether or not they will block your view of the fairing mounted mirrors. I think that if you get 10"-12" bars, they will block your view and you will likely need handlebar mirrors. Hope this helps.
I did a ton of research on this last winter. Went with the 10" Yaffe Monkey bars. I am 5'10" with shorter than normal arms. I really like the Yaffe's but did not gain a lot of pullback with them. Check out Wild 1 website. They have a lot of choices and some bars that are specifically designed to give more pullback. I sent them an email while looking around and they were quite responsive.
