Default The Fat Lady Has Sung

Jolene is put away for another winter rest.
Changed oil (three holes), checked tire pressure, plugged exhaust pipes (keep out rodents), gave it a good wax job, battery tendered, covered with bed sheets.
Let it snow, I don’t care, going for a long nap 😴

I feel ya man, I just woke up to 14 " of snow on my sons deck yesterday.

I should mention , he lives in northern Alberta.

My bike ( unfortunately ) has been away for weeks now , due to new asphalt being laid down in my neck of the woods .

I'm going out today. Fall rides in S. Ontario are great.
I'll give it another month till I hibernate the bikes

No Singing Fat Ladies allowed down here. I do feel your pain; spent many years in Rochester, NY.

19 Celsius here today (66 Fahrenheit) I got a nice 68 kilometer ride in this afternoon no problem, really enjoyed it. No heated gear just a leather coat, heated grips on at #1 and jeans. When it gets cold, heated gear gets plugged in.... no problem with the cold. My enemy is the salt, when that's on the road I'm not riding, a good rain that washes away I'm riding, why not you only live once.

Snowed here in Idaho today. Heated gear folded and stored away, battery charged, fluids changed and a cotton fitted king bed sheet draped over it until spring. I’m praying for an early thaw, mid March would suit me fine.

Now to deal with PMS..

Parked Motorcycle Syndrome.
