HOG membership with New Purchase?

HOG membership with New Purchase?
This is specifically for folks that have purchased a new HD from a Cdn dealer.
I purchased a new RK in July, a week later I got an email from HD Canada asking me to partake in their survey for new buyers, I completed it. I waited a month expecting to get a HOG membership sent by mail as I did when I purchased a new bike in 2014, nothing came. I contacted the sales manger asking if HOG memberships are still given with a new motorcycle purchase. He was very vague, (expected as he was new to the brand) and said HD Canada looks after it, Six months later and still nothing.
My question is:
Has HD stopped giving away 1 yr memberships to HOG with a new bike purchase?

weird. Ill let you folks know what kind of answer I get back from HD Canada.

Called the dealership rather than HD Canada. They are contacting the regional rep as there has been issues of no HOG membership, Double Memberships, and Memberships for those with Lifetime memberships getting a new #........

What is included with a HOG membership these days? I know many of the things that used to come with it (maps, magazine etc.) have gone the way of the dinosaurs. And some of the other perks that came with it like discounts on AAA membership didn't apply to us in Canada so it always had limited appeal for me.
Still, if you're entitled to it you should get it so I hope Harley comes through for you.
