Default Performance help.

I have a 2000 FLHRC 88 ci Roadking with 48,000mi. Recently I took her into the local Harley shop to get the SE cam tensioner upgrade. They stated that one of the cams was bad and suggested that they be changed to SE 211 cams. Since that time I have had a sucking type noise when I let off the throttle and coast. I took her back and they said that they did all that they can to fix it. It has Thunderheader true duels (previously SE 203 cams) and was running fine before the work. Does anyone have a clue to what is going on. I was told by a friend that it has too much cam.
