Aw dammit, I didn't have the bike to look at, only a pic...Your correct 83, I wrongly pointed out that lonely dinky cover bolt, and I've corrected the picture above!

[sm=smiley2.gif] glad to help. i also had a deusy with my fill plug. went to pull it out and the threads were almost completely stripped. also the timing plug stripped out too. it sucks when you get an old bike and the person who worked on it last belived in gorrila fisting everything. oh well, take care and ride it like you stole it.[sm=gears.gif]

lol i put in over a quart and a half ,,,no wonder it was leakig out my starter solinoid,,,were did you get the belt primary drive setup from?

It's a Karata drive...When my bike was being rebuilt, another guy ordered the belt drive for his bike and never used it, so I ended up with it...not even sure WHERE it was purchased from, or even what I paid for it! But I sure like it!
