I just bought a 1993 FLSSPE , The guy I got it from said that this bike came from HD like it is?? But I cant find a matching paint scheme, or anything about this model?? It is red/cream with white bags, pegs, shifter pegs, and a tombstone rear fender, a lighted eagle front fender, and dual fishtails stock??? Very unique bike!!! The guy said it was a nostalgia, but at that time I was selling Harleys and the only Nostalgia that came out in 93 was the MOO GLIDE?? Its driving me crazy trying to locate info on my bike!!! Here is a pic of the bike and the title which shows FLSSPE. Any info is appreciated!!
Yup, I just got one, too. Mines a 1996. Cannot find anything (other than these two threads) on it. A friend thinks its Heritage Softail Special. I dunno, will keep trying. Couldn't view your photos (just joined forum now) but here's mine. Let me know if you find anything out. Dealer had mine listed wrong (actually as a springer) title shows FLSSPE.
No such animals according to my book! They only had three different FL Softails in '93- Heritage Classic (FLSTC), Fat Boy (FLSTF), Nostalgia (FLSTN)
It does show a "Heritage Special" for '94-'96 but still designates it as a "FLSTN"
You can call the factory Customer Service, give them the Vin # and they will tell you everything about it, day it was made color etc.

Harley was making the Softail Nostalgia and were sued by Nostalgia Cycle(they made the super vee) for trademark infringement and won...They changed the name to Softail Special...only made a few...NADA doesn't list it.
