Default Help Identify - Old School Chopper

Hey All....I'm trying to identify this and am not sure where to post it.

I recently came across this pic in a box of old Kodak slides. It was taken in the driveway of my old house between '70 and '72. That's my sisters ex boyfriend to the right (the owner), and my brother sitting on the driveway. I was about 6 at the time and this bike is where my love motorcycles comes from.

I want to build a tribute and need to know exactly what it is. Year, frame, suspension, front end, tank, engine, trans, etc.

Any help would be a solid.

Thanks.

It is hard to get details from one photo. It is a panhead motor. They were made from 1948 to 1965. It has the late model tin primary which was used from 1955 to 1964. It will have a 4 speed kick start only transmission. The front end is an aftermarket girder front end. The frame is either aftermarket or a stretched and raked original pre 58. The front wheel has no brake which was common and dumb with choppers of the day.
