It was 2" over from the factory, now it's 6". The forks are 12" over, and the rake is out to around 45 deg.

So now that I've acquired enough parts to focus on the drive line engineering, I've discovered that while a stock Shovelhead case might bolt into an EVO frame; the delkron case with its flat bottom does not. The case meets the frame before the bolt holes align.

in addition, the motor sits slightly lower and the inner primary bolt holes dont align.
the solution will be to add 1/4" to rhe motor mounts, re-drill the holes, and move the transmission to the right an 1/8"... no problem!

With the rear tire in its proper position, the transmission pulley is slightly outside the rear pulley, allowing plenty of room to slide the transmission to the right.

I added 1/4" plate to the motor mounts to raise the motor to align with the belt drive inner primary. I also had to go with a 3/4" primary spacer instead of the standard 1/2" for the 180 tire because of bottom of the case, but now the transmission does not need to move.

Now I'm onto making my foot control mounts. I like to have my feet a bit further out than stock, so I decided to make my own.

welded chain should do the trick

also had to get a different oil tank, the one I had was in the way of the rear pipe.
