S and S has serial numbers starting with a Z but your number is too short.

Recheck the number and try here,,

Brutal, but gotta agree.... The OP is unreadable and takes too much effort.

Here is his text after I added punctuation and clarified the wording:

I own a custom. It is tagged as a 2003 ASVE, which the registration says is a 2003 assembled vehicle. The frame has the normal numbers but starts with ult6891 then has 2 letters and then it has 8 more numbers. It is an ultra cycles frame. The only identifying numbers or anything on it is z189, besides the numbers I just found and have not used brake clean to be able to read. These numbers are located just left of the external oil pump and on the other half of the case on the same spot. I have had the motor out of the bike. How can I get a gasket kit for it so I can stop it from leaking? The only other numbers anywhere on the bike are on the 5 speed Trans. It says 58353 plus another 5 numbers. I really need help because she goes through oil faster than gas and at 12 bucks a quart it gets expensive and messy to ride. The first question from a parts person is what is it? All I can say is I don't know. I will post a few pictures, but they won't help. It doesn't tell you the size of the bore and all the tech stuff they need so you get gaskets that fit.

OP,
Your motor appears to be a variant of the EVO motor. Ultra Cycle appears to sell bike in box kits so folks can build their own. They have a contact number on their website. Call them and have them look up your frame numbers. They should be able to give you a build sheet for what shipped with that frame. In my limited looking, it appeared in 2003 they came with 113" motors. It will be either a S&S, Ultima, or Revtech probably. You need to clean the other numbers up real good so you can read them. It is not a OEM Harley motor. If it was, the numbers would be very apparent between the jugs on the left motor case. Honestly, if it was mine, I would do one of two things. Either bring it to an independent shop and have them determine what you need and to fix it. Or, quit riding it, get it on a lift, and tear it down to rebuild it. From your pictures it doesn't appear to have been taken care of very well and I guarantee it needs maintenance. Especially to fix the leaks. You can find the Harley service manual for the 1997-1998 softail online for free. I imagine most of the stuff on the bike is made to resemble that. Be a good place to start.
