Well I guess I got moved again . Any way moving on ,cleaning and cleaning off of 25 plus years of crud . The finger print stuff they used is the hardest to get off . The crud on it almost like a barn find ! Definity dirty Getting it cleaned Had to take it off my table to put the forks on it
The front forks have a lot of crud on them from sitting took about 3 hours to clean them up and repack the bearings and fix the threads on the steering neck thread that the bearings go onto as they hammerd out the stem and damged the 7/8"X24 thread . Did get the oil lines on and the filter . Polished most the nics and scratches out

You know when I built it and took it out for a spin and full throttle it I thank God that had a tailight on the back fender as that stopped me not slidinjg off ! after that I Put rear pegs on !!!
