Battery will not charge

Default Battery will not charge
I built an aftermarketmotorcyclewith a 100in motor and a 32 amp charging system. The bike has about 200 miles on it, it's on the third voltage regulator, the second battery and it still will not get 14 volts at the battery on engine RPM'sabove idle. The stator puts out anywhere from 60 to 90 amps above idle, the regulator has a good ground, the battery cables are as new as the bike.The stator isn't grounded or open. The battery is at full charge. Help!!!!

Make sure the stator, rotor and regulator are all for a 32 amp system.

Have you done the turn on all the electrical load and see if it charges thing?

Is that stator output 60 to 90 volts AC ? at about 2000 rpm
