That stuff is magic. No water is used, so you don't have to worry about making sure it is completely dry and free of water water marks. My brother has been using it for a good while on his BLACK Sporty and has no scratches, scuffs, swirl marks, ANYTHING. I've used it 3 times on my bike and once on my truck, and it couldn't be any easier, or better.
That's the stuff! I'd also recommend 4 or more wash rag size microfiber rags, and maybe a couple of larger ones (if you plan no doing cars/trucks) w/ it. I have a terrible time of dropping my rag (since you have to use two, one to wash and one to buff) and then I get all kinds of crap stuck in it from the yard/driveway, and don't want to use it anymore. The more ya have, the less you have to worry about this, cause you can wash them to get the junk out after you are done.
be careful with that pressure washer though, you can do some serious damage to your treasure with one of those. ie. blowing grease out of where it needs to stay

I have just purchased a 2000 1200 custom and was wondering what the best method for cleaning mike bike is. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Your telling me that the bom goes on with out washing your bike and doesn't scratch it? I find that hard to believe since you would just be smearing dust and grime around. Explain this to me please.
