Default Paint chip -- touch up inquiry

Facts: 2005 Ultra Classic w/ blk. & lava red paint combo. Just got my first real "chip" on the leading face of the hard saddle bag -- in the lava red paint area.

Question: What is the best way to touch this up w/out it looking too obvious? It is on the plastic bag, not the metal. Sooo, not too sure about doing the sanding thing...

Your suggestions please. And thanks in advance.

If its the bike color it doesnt make any difference. Harley dealer will have touch-up paint for your bike. If you can catch your fingernail in the scratch it will have to be touched up.
