Best stuff to remove dried oil from wiring harness/undercarriage?

Default Best stuff to remove dried oil from wiring harness/undercarriage?

Hey guys The person that had my bike before me let the oil filter drip all over the wires underneath it. I have washed the bike but was wondering what other produces you have had success with cleaning oil from wiring plugs/ paint under the bike. Any help is appreciated thanks

I dilute Simple Green 50/50 with water and spray the area. Then dry it by going for a ride.

I've used oven degreaser on really bad stuff

I guess I wondering if the gunk brand was too abrasive for wires. It mentions on the can to cover certain things up before spraying.
