microfiber towels
I wash mine by hand and hang dry them in the garage. You will always get lint from machine unless you have a machine dedicated to synthetic cloth.
My wife bought me some of these Norwex towels, I don't know what they are made of but they are awesome for cleaning and no lint issues. They are not cheap though but they are tough and have lasted me quite a few years so far. Something like 6+
